Select a product and add it to the basket. Then you can continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
If you wish to continue shopping repeat the process and if you want to proceed to check out you have to sign up.

Our pieces are made with the highest quality, in a creative, relaxed and warm working environment. Many of the designs are hand embroidered and some of the most exclusive fabrics are specifically designed by Paloma del Pozo herself and sent to be made to traditional looms in Tanger medina. Fabrics are treated like canvas, as all the designs are hand drawn on them to subsequently embroider them with different colour threads. Therefore, each and every piece is unique and one of a kind, since even though some of them have the same pattern, they present natural and particular differences due to the traditional manufacturing process.
Our productions are so limited that sometimes only four or five pieces of the very same design and colour are made, thus guaranteeing exclusivity but also avoiding excessive final prices.

Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it wherever you like (home, workplace, etc.) except at a P.O. box. Do not forget to provide with your telephone number so that we can contact you in case of any problem.
How long does it take to get my order? How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping charges apply to each order.
The expenses for each delivery depend on the country where it will be sent
All orders from outside the European Community are ship in DDU conditions; this means that the duty and tariffs costs of the country of destination, are charged to the customer.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can, by going to "My Account", you will be able to see the status of your order in the "Order's history" section.
Which is the delivery process?
If you have chosen the delivery option, we will send you an email confirming your order delivery (when your order is leaving the store) and if the delivery cannot be made due to the recipient's absence in the delivery address the transporter will contact you and agree with you the delivery again.
Times of delivery:
Lead times are between 4 and 8 days after payment confirmation, depending on the territorial scope of the client and the order volume.
These times are approximate Ojala! Paloma del Pozo reserves the right to delay for issues outside the company.However we always try to expedite shipments as soon as possible, to ensure efficient and fast receipt to the orders.
The fact of prepay an order does not require Ojalá Paloma del Pozo to complete the operationif there is a problem external the company.
How can I return an item?
You can ask for a return by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the return of the product has been confirmed, you have to send it return receipt to the following address:

What is the deadline for returning a product?
The deadline for any type of return is 14 days from the time the order has been receipt. Once that time has gone by you will not be able to return or change any product.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Any return expenses are always charged to the purchaser.
How is the money refunded?
The Seller will send an email to the Purchaser with a code equivalent to the amount of money of the purchase. The Purchaser will have 3 months to perform a purchase with that code or a refund of the purchase amount will be made. In this case the shipping costs will be charged to the Purchaser
Can I change my products?
If you wish to change an item you should ask for a return and make a new online purchase.
What is the deadline for changing a product?
The deadline for any change is 7 days from the time the order has ben receipt.
Conditions Applicable to Promotional Codes (Discounts)
When promotional codes are used according to their terms and conditions, they are applied for a single discount on a purchase of a single product or a discount on an order for the time indicated by the promotional code.

Do you replace the "sold out" products?
Our productions are very limited. If you want to ask for a "sold out" product you would better contact us at email@example.com and we will reply as soon as possible confirming if that would be feasible.
Is the product pictured the same product I will receive?
Yes, you will, although you should take into consideration that our products are handmade. Therefore, there may be small differences in the finish.
It's important to have on mind the color reproduction on a computer is not always accurate, we do our best to reflect the colors of the product we actually sell. But depending on the computer there may be small differences.
Can I modify my order?
Yes. If you have not processed the order, you can remove items from the shopping cart
